ORDERING TIMELINE

 

Because each piece is handmade to your specifications, most orders will require two to six weeks, depending upon the season, for completion. We will quote you a shipping window when you place your order, and you may of course, call or email with any questions about current timelines. We do our best to accommodate any deadlines, so please supply us with your event date, or "in-hand need-by" date when you inquire or upon ordering.

 

PAYMENT

 

We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover) through our online checkout system, or you may call us with your card information.

 

If you wish to pay via Paypal or with a check or money order, please place your order by calling or emailing. Orders will be held until all funds are cleared.

 

SHIPPING

 

 

Orders over $125 receive free ground shipping within the contiguous US. All other orders are charged shipping at cost. Most shipments are sent via UPS, but we are able to use FedEx or USPS if requested; we will choose the best carrier unless you request a specific one.  Expedited shipping is available upon request, for carrier rates charged. Full insurance is added to all orders. Your package may require a signature depending upon value - Order over $200 cannot ship with "Signature Release", so please make sure we are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for your package.

 

Please note that UPS cannot ship to a PO box - we must have a valid street address. Please let us know if you must receive at a PO box, and will will ship via USPS.

 

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available via USPS only.

 

Overseas shipping is available via UPS and USPS. We complete customs forms for all international shipments, and you are responsible for any customs, duty, or VAT imposed by the country of delivery.

 

You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped. Please be sure to notify us if any special arrangements are needed.

 

Please note that we cannot be responsible or any shipping delays on the part of the carrier.

RETURNS

 

Because our jewelry is handcrafted to your specifications and colors, we regret that we cannot issue refunds.

 

If there is a problem with color matching, length, or if anything is not as you expected, please contact us with 24 hours of receipt, and well will do our best to correct the problem.

 

DAMAGE

 

All of our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This includes loose stones and drops, internal flaws in the crystal, detached clips/posts, and the like. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, or damage incurred from accident or improper handling or storage.

 

If your jewelry is received damaged, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt, and retain all packing materials in case a claim must be filed with the carrier.

 

REPAIRS

 

Should your jewelry ever require any repair or cleaning, just let us know, and we'll go over the procedure for sending it in. Return shipping is charged for any repairs or maintenance beyond 30 days of purchase

SALES TAX

 

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the state of Texas.

We will never sell, rent, or otherwise disseminate any of your private information to any person or business. Any information we collect about you via site registration or our order process remains with us. We may send newsletters or other material from time to time, but you always have the option of choosing not to receive these mailings - just let us know, and we'll take you off the list.

 

Our servers maintain full industry level security (SSL - look for the lock in your browser window) throughout the transaction process, so your information is safe from prying eyes.

 

Physical access to your information is strictly limited, and is password protected at all times.
