HOW to ORDER
You may place your order online with our shopping cart system, or you may call us at 1-800-400-4312. You can also email your order to sales@stefaniesomers.com. If you wish, our fax is also available to receive your order 24 hours a day at 936-273-1729
Some designs can be selected in your choice of our color palettes, while others ask that you choose specific Swarovski stone colors. Should you have specific color needs that are not answered by one of our palettes, please select the closest one, and make detailed notes in the COMMENTS field on your order. You may of course call or email if you would like to discuss your colors. We highly recommend looking at our ColorNotes page for a bit of guidance on using our Color Palettes & Color Charts.
ORDERING TIMELINE
Because each piece is handmade to your specifications, most orders will require two to six weeks, depending upon the season, for completion. We will quote you a shipping window when you place your order, and you may of course, call or email with any questions about current timelines. We do our best to accommodate any deadlines, so please supply us with your event date, or "in-hand need-by" date when you inquire or upon ordering.
Custom design orders generally take longer to complete. We will quote a delivery window at the time of your order.
If you have an event or need-by date for your order, please specify this in the COMMENTS box. IF YOUR NEED-BY DATE IS CLOSER THAN 4 WEEKS, PLEASE CALL US to place your order to ensure on-time delivery!
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automated email from our system acknowledging placement of the order. Within 24 hours, you will receive a follow-up email from us (from a real person!) confirming your order, with requests for any additional info we may need regarding colors, etc. At that time we will give you a firm shipping window.
Should you wish to see color samples prior to confirmation of your order, please call or email us with your colors. There is a flat charge of $10 for up to ten sample stones, which will be applied to your order once it is placed. Samples are sent by First Class mail, and may take a week to 10 days to receive, so please plan accordingly! Expedited shipping for samples is available at cost, but is not applicable to your order.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover) through our online checkout system, or you may call us with your card information.
Your card will NOT be charged by placing your order with our online system. We verify your order when we receive it, and your card is charged once we have all color & time information. If you need a conference on color, or anything else on your order, either email us, or indicate your concerns in the COMMENTS field.
If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please place your order by calling or emailing. Orders will be held until all funds are cleared.
Paypal - We regret that we are no longer able to accept payments via Paypal due to recent changes in Paypal policy. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
SALES TAX
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipping to addresses within the state of Texas.
RETURNS
Because our jewelry is handcrafted to your specifications and colors, we regret that we cannot issue refunds.
If there is a problem with color matching, length, or if anything is not as you expected, please contact us with 24 hours of receipt, and well will do our best to correct the problem.
DAMAGE
All of our jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. This includes loose stones and drops, internal flaws in the crystal, detached clips/posts, and the like. The warranty does not include normal wear and tear, or damage incurred from accident or improper handling or storage.
If your jewelry is received damaged, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt, and retain all packing materials in case a claim must be filed with the carrier.
REPAIR
Should your jewelry ever require any repair or cleaning, just let us know, and we'll go over the procedure for sending it in. Return shipping is charged for any repairs or maintenance beyond 30 days of purchase
