We'd like to tell you that shortly we'll have a state-of-the-art ordering system in place... and now we can!!!! We're in the beginning stages of upgrading to a true e-commerce site, where with just a click or two, your choices can be on their way to your door. But sadly, even state-of-the-art systems can't handle what we do best... CUSTOM JEWELRY. While we work to find ways to make custom ordering easier, until that part of the puzzle is solved, please pick up the phone, or email us, and we'll work together to create the best design for your needs. In the meantime, our other open lines will soon be just a click away! Stay tuned for news of when we'll be going live!
Oh, and fyi... we only have a small percentage of our pieces online, for various reasons. Contact is with what you like, and we can send you more designs to look at!
And now the rest...
We don't stock our jewelry pre-made. We do stock millions of Swarovski© crystals, in virtually every colour made. And then we make what you need, not what we think you'll need. Or what we're hoping you'll settle for.
A word about color, Swarovski-style, and it's a biggie: Not all colours are available in all stone cuts. We want your jewelry to be perfect, not a compromise. That means that sometimes we'll have to ask some questions, and make some suggestions before you're ready to make a commitment. Even if it's for a pair of $25 earrings. Even $25 earrings should be perfect.
So no one-click ordering here (but soon!!! :-). In the meantime, here's what we want you to do when you've made your choices:
1) Fax or e-mail us with the styles(s) you want, the colour(s) you need, and any special requests you may have, like adding or removing a drop, or making it a little bigger or smaller. If you're not sure about colours, just say so. Believe me, we understand! Always include contact information with your note.
2) We will get back to you, usually by the next business day to confirm your order, or perhaps to ask a question or make a suggestion. We'll also be able to let you know how long your order will take. Most orders can be shipped within 2 weeks.
3) Then we'll take care of the mundane business of business. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, but please don't e-mail us your credit card information! We have a secure page for coing soon, but for now, please fax us or call us instead. You can do either 24 hours a day. Both the fax line and the voice mail are secure. For online payments using your crdit card or checking account, we can accept PayPal, a great service for secure, online transactions at no cost to you. If you're not already familiar with PayPal, go to www.paypal.com, or just ask us.
4) That's it! It takes a little more trouble than snagging the latest best-seller from one of the online giants, but you'll know that your order is being handled with lots of TLC and personal attention. We think it's worth the trade-off. We hope you agree.
