With over two decades of experience at the state, national and international levels of pageant competition, Stefanie Somers has become the go-to designer for competitors, directors, coaches and stylists wanting the perfect accent to a winning look. Beginning with Keylee Sanders, Shandi Finnessey and Deidre Downs, SSC has been a presence on the national stage in all the major systems for nearly a generation.

Our last five Miss USAs – Cheslie Kryst, Sarah Rose Summers, Kára McCullough, Deshauna Barber and Olivia Jordan – were all crowned wearing jewels designed and created in the SSC studio in Texas. We count six Miss Americas, seven Miss Teen USAs and dozens of winners of other systems as well as countless state and local titleholders among our clients.

They looked okay, and they matched my gown, so off I went to my first big adventure. When I got there, a store had this big set-up of your jewelry. Well… I found out real fast that “just as good” isn’t even close. I gave those earrings away and bought new ones and I am so, so happy you were there. I didn’t understand what all the fuss was about some earrings. But then I showed up to my first pageant with some el-cheapo things I’d bought somewhere else. SMH. I’ll never do that again! There I was in this gorgeous gown and these earrings were just molting. But I could pick out “the good stuff” from a mile away when the lights hit it!
